By accessing or using Playlisto, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this application.

2. Third-Party Services & YouTube Terms

Playlisto uses the official YouTube IFrame Player API to stream audio and metadata from YouTube playlists. By using Playlisto, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Playlisto does not host, download, modify, or distribute audio/video files. All streaming content remains the intellectual property of their respective creators and copyright owners on YouTube.

3. User-Provided Content

Users may upload custom background photos or link external media. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and display any media you upload. Uploaded media is processed entirely on your local device via client-side storage (IndexedDB) and is not transmitted to our servers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Playlisto is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, uptime, or availability of third-party video feeds.
